Objective: To develop skills that enable participants to plan
and control I/T projects through application of time tested
project management concepts. Participants will apply these
tools and techniques to case studies that will model situations
they will encounter in their own project assignments. This
workshop is complimentary to the current methodologies and
project management tools present within I/T organizations.
Completion of this program earns 14 PDU Credits.
Target Audience: Individual responsible for all or part of
multiple projects with full time and/or shared resources.
