Background: All companies are squeezing costs and looking for additional ways to save money. Voice over IP is a technology that holds tremendous cost saving potential.

This Interchange will allow participants to share key insight on how to maximize the benefits of VoIP, while avoiding potential pitfalls.

This session will feature at least one valuable case. All participants will be given full opportunity to have their issues / concerns addresses by everyone in attendance.
