which will help participants better manage key issues involving
the use of VoIP.
Suggested Attendees: IT professionals involved in telecommunications
and infrastructure issues.
Guest Resource: This Interchange will be supplemented with
a guest resource.
Background: All companies are squeezing costs and looking
for additional ways to save money. Voice over IP is a technology
that holds tremendous cost saving potential.
Unfortunately, because telephone communication is so critical
to any organization, there is little margin for error. Potential
risks / problems must be weighed very carefully before a VoIP
implementation is made. This Interchange will allow participants
to share key insight on how to maximize the benefits of VoIP,
while avoiding potential pitfalls.
This session will feature at least one valuable case. All
participants will be given full opportunity to have their issues
/ concerns addresses by everyone in attendance.
