Focus: This Interchange will focus on building metrics, and how to use the data available to structure reports that clearly measure business impact.

Suggested Attendees: Anyone responsible for defining, collecting, and reporting IT metrics.

This Interchange (Roundtable Discussion) Will Explore:
• Re-evaluate IT Goals & Align with Business Goals
• Understanding the Best Use of Available Metrics
• Building Metrics
• Determine How Technology Disruptions Impact The Business
• Learning how to use the data available, get what additional business impact information is needed, and structure reports that clearly measure business impact.

**All participants will be given ample opportunity to have their issues addressed by everyone in attendance.
