Interchange will focus on sharing of “best
practices” in the management of the help desk function.
Significant attention will be directed to service quality and
its measurement.
Suggested Attendees: All help desk managers and individuals
directly responsible for help desk staffing, training, and
development of personnel.
Guest Resource: This Interchange will be supplemented with
a guest expert.
