Focus: This Interchange will focus on identifying the realities of the generation gap and what strategies to use to effectively work together.

Suggested Attendees: All professionals at any level who want to learn how to interact effectively with different generations.

Guest Resource: This Interchange will be supplemented with a guest resource.
