This Interchange focused on the legal ramifications
for a company regarding what your employees say in emails
and what sites they visit on the internet. Also, what are
the issues for corporate and network security. Case study
examples were given.

Paul Arne - Co-chair of the firm’s Technology Group and
the Privacy and Security Group, and has created the firm’s
open source and Web 2.0 practice areas.
Larry Kunin - Partner in the firm’s
Litigation Department with a concentration in technology and
intellectual property
litigation, including software performance, trade secret, trademark,
and copyright litigation.
Jason D’Cruz - Heads the firm’s
Employment Law Practice Group. He practices in the areas of
employment law,
executive compensation, and restrictive covenant litigation.
He counsels companies on human resource matters and applicable
employment laws, and also conducts internal employment audits.
