OMICRON offers unique programs and seminars for the IT Administrative Assistant, and individuals responsible for administrative support and services in a technology department.

The breakfast seminars provide an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and open discussion with your peers. They are professionally facilitated roundtable discussions that focus on issues and terminology that are pertinent in today’s work place.

The one-day interactive program is professionally instructed and has three objectives:
(1) Network with peers and learn from their expertise and experiences.
(2) Learn how to deal with “difficult” people in the work place.
(3) Learn how to communicate and listen effectively.
